How do I access my courses?

If you’re having trouble getting into your Guitar Playback account, follow the steps below.

This guide is short, simple, and covers the most common fixes.


How to Log In


  • Click here to access the login page
  • Type in the same email you used when you purchased your course
  • Use the password that was sent to you by email right after your purchase (or the updated password if you ever changed it).


If this is your very first time logging in, you’ll also get a one-time confirmation code by email. Enter that code to finish your login.


This is just a security step the first time—you won’t be asked for it again.


Common Problems and Fixes


Forgot your password or it isn’t working?

Click here to reset your password


Didn’t get the login email or one-time code?

Check your Spam or Promotions folder. Sometimes emails take up to 10 minutes to arrive.

If you still don’t see it, try again and make sure your email address is typed correctly with no extra spaces or typos.


Password not recognized?

Go back to your original purchase email and copy-paste the password to avoid typos.

If that still doesn’t work, use the reset link.


Email not recognized?

Always use the exact email you used at checkout—the one that gets your receipts from us.

If you signed up with Apple/Google sign-in or a masked email, make sure you’re using that same address.
